Our services are directed at individuals 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that we have received data from a minor without parental authorization, we will delete it.
12. International Data Transfers
Some of our providers (Google, Cloudflare, Web3Forms) store data on servers located outside Costa Rica, primarily in the United States. These providers apply their own contractual clauses and compliance mechanisms to ensure an adequate level of protection.
